• Flavour — sweet, sun-warmed strawberry over a smooth black tea base with a creamy coconut finish; rosehip adds a gentle tartness, hibiscus deepens the colour and the fruit, and kiwi and apple keep it bright and fresh
• Hibiscus & Rosehip — both rich in vitamin C and anthocyanins — the pigments responsible for the deep ruby-pink colour in the cup; rosehip has been used in European herbal traditions since the Middle Ages for its antioxidant properties
• Coconut — adds a natural creaminess without any dairy; the medium-chain fatty acids in coconut give it a smooth, rounded mouthfeel that softens the black tea tannins
• Rose Petals — a delicate floral note that lifts the strawberry and stops the blend from being one-dimensional; subtle but essential
• Hot or iced — brilliant both ways; over ice it becomes a proper summer drink
