From France and Egypt to South Africa and Canada, we've built long-standing relationships that give us access to exceptional teas, herbs, flowers and botanicals. By working directly with our producers and sourcing ingredients at origin, we're able to create distinctive blends packed with flavour, character and quality that simply can't be found on the supermarket shelf.

Working at Teastones is unlike working anywhere else. Every day is spent surrounded by the aromas of freshly blended teas, herbs and spices, with our team playing a hands-on role in everything from sourcing ingredients and creating new blends to helping customers discover their perfect cup. As a family-run business, we're passionate about craftsmanship, quality and genuine customer service, creating a welcoming environment where curiosity, creativity and a love of tea are at the heart of what we do.
From Our Founder
In 2009, Sev Michaels set out to find a truly exceptional Earl Grey tea. After testing five supermarket blends and finding each one disappointing, she decided to create her own.
From the beginning, her ambition was simple: source the finest ingredients, create blends with purpose, and offer tea exactly as it should be. While much of the industry moved towards mass production, we looked further afield, seeking ethically sourced herbs, flowers, roots and leaves from trusted growers around the world. Natural ingredients, chosen for their quality, character and flavour.
Simply put: exceptional whole leaf tea, crafted with care.
