Deep Sleep Reset Bundle
- Phase One: Deep Sleep Reset Brew
- Phase Two: Peace Mother
- Fourteen guided evenings
- Whole botanicals, caffeine free
- Blended and packed in Canterbury
Not dust in a bag. Flowers, leaves and roots.
We use ingredients you can recognise: golden chamomile heads, fragrant lavender, rose petals, lemon balm and cut valerian root. Valerian has a long history of traditional use in nighttime herbal preparations. Here, it anchors Phase One before the valerian-free Phase Two takes over.

Questions, Answered
Before your first cup
Night waking can be affected by stress, environment, caffeine or alcohol, age, medication and health conditions, as well as your sleep schedule. Cortisol also follows a daily rhythm and normally begins rising toward morning, but a 3 AM wake-up should not automatically be attributed to a 'cortisol spike.' Persistent sleep problems deserve advice from a healthcare professional.
The system gives you a consistent, caffeine-free wind-down ritual for fourteen nights. The warm drink, repeatable timing and botanical aroma can form a clear cue that the day is ending. Individual experiences vary; it is not a treatment for insomnia or another medical condition.
Phase One is the fuller blend and includes valerian root. Phase Two removes valerian while retaining chamomile, lavender and rose, allowing the ritual to continue with a gentler blend for nights 8–14.
Convenient tea bags are often finely cut and portioned lightly. Teastones uses visible loose botanicals and lets you control the strength and steeping time, creating a fuller sensory ritual rather than a quick everyday cup.
No. Valerian may cause drowsiness and may interact with medicines or other sedating products. Do not combine it with alcohol, drive after taking it, or use it during pregnancy or breastfeeding without professional advice. Speak with a pharmacist or doctor if you take medication or have an ongoing condition.
