• Flavour — bright bergamot Earl Grey softened by delicate lavender; floral, fragrant and beautifully balanced, with a clean finish that works equally well black or as a latte
• As a tea latte — this is the original London Fog format; steep strong, add steamed milk (dairy or soy both work brilliantly) and let the lavender do the rest
• Lavender & Cornflower Petals — lavender adds a soft herbal calm to the bergamot; cornflower brings a gentle floral sweetness and a beautiful blue bloom in the cup
• The story — invented in Vancouver in the 1990s by a pregnant woman who couldn’t drink coffee; when steamed milk was added to her Earl Grey, the drink turned a soft, milky grey — the exact colour of a London fog rolling off the Thames — and the name stuck.
