• Flavour — sweet, sun-ripened peach and apricot over a smooth black tea base; papaya adds a tropical depth, blackberry leaf brings a gentle tannin structure, and the whole thing finishes clean and bright
• Freeze-dried Peach & Apricot — freeze-drying locks in the fruit at peak ripeness, preserving flavour compounds that would be lost in conventional drying; the result is an intensely fruity cup with no artificial sweetness
• Blackberry Leaves — a traditional European herbal ingredient used for centuries; they add a subtle astringency that balances the sweetness of the fruit and gives the tea its structure
• Hot or iced — brews beautifully hot, but exceptional over ice; steep double strength, pour over ice and add a slice of peach if you have one
